Complaints concerning discrimination, harassment, and sexual harassment are submitted to the Office of Institutional Diversity and Equity pursuant to the Anti-Discriminatory Harassment Policy and the Sexual Harassment Policy. Complaints related to discrimination, harassment, and sexual harassment involving only students, are submitted to the Associate Vice President of Student Advocacy and Community Relations, whose contact information is (312) 362-5653.

Complaints may be brought forth in person, in writing, orally, or via this webpage’s complaint form. Complaints submitted via this webpage are e-mailed directly to the University Investigator responsible for investigating allegations, and are confidential. If an in person meeting is desired, please feel free to contact the Diversity Office at (312) 362-7586 to arrange an appointment.
